According to legend Shiva created this high altitude lake when he pierced a glacier with his trident to quench his thirst after consuming the poison gathered from the roiling of the ocean.

Langtang gosaikunda trek starts from Kathmandu following the fasten Trishuli river and trekking through various beautiful highland villages. Itinerary

Day 01: Welcome to Katmandu (1310m). Upon your arrival we assist you from Tribhuvan international airport to our hotel. Rest overnight.

Day 02: Today we drive for 7hours following the fast flowing Trishuli from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1610m) by Bus. Rest overnight.

Day 03: Today we trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2480 m.) Walking for 5-6 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 04: Today we trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3541 m.) Walking for 5 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 05: Today we trek from Langtang village to Kyanjing Gompa (3900 m.) Walking for 2-3hours. Rest overnight.

Day 06: Today we hike up to Chorkari RI (5050m) and then trek back to Kyanjing Gompa. Walking for 5-6 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 07: Today we trek down to Lama Hotel (2480 m.) Walking for 6 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 08: Today we trek from Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru (2200 m.) Walking for 5-6hours. Rest overnight.

Day 09: Today we trek from Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa (3580 m.) Walking for 5 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 10: Today we trek from Sing Gompa all the way to sacred Gosaikunda (4381 m.). Walking for 5-6 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 11: Today early in the morning we Cross over the Laurebina pass (4600 m.) and then descend to Gopte (3420 m.) Walking for 6-7 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 12: Today we trek from Gopte to Kutumsang (2540m) Walking for 5-6 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 13: Today we trek from Kutumsang to Chisapani (2110m) Walking for 6 hours. Rest overnight.

Day 14: Today we trek from Chisapani to Sundari jal and then drive back to Kathmandu. Walking for 4 hours and driving for half an hour. Rest overnight.

Day 15: Today early in the morning after breakfast we transfer you to the airport for your safe departure.
