Overview
Merdi Himal peak climbing is a fascinating peak climbing
trek with delighted mountain panorama and natural wilderness to offer. The
peak is situated in less than 15 miles from Pokhara and the most southerly peak
of the Annapurna range. This peak has impressive view of the Annapurna ranges
and undeniably a spectacular one of Machhapauchhare the \"Himalayan
Matterhorn,\" better known as Fish Tail Peak. Few westerners visit the
valleys and ridges south of Mardi Himal. Merdi Himal peak climbing is an
unpopulated trekking route with stunning untouched natural beauty and culture.
This trek also offers you a chance to collide with beautiful and charming
culture and religion of the inhabitants.
Merdi Himal peak climbing starts with a scenic drive from
Kathmandu to Pokhara and then trekking the rough and steep track all the way to
the peak. This trekking tracks are steep sided and deeply wooded with bamboo
and rhododendron. Above the forest high mountainous pastures provide good
grazing and a habitat for untouched wildlife. Despite it lowly altitude the
mountain obviously has a great deal of potential for those interested in
small-scale exploratory mountaineering and the ridges, already mentioned,
present obvious climbing challenges at a reasonable standard. Commencing this
trek requires better physical condition and peak climbing experience.
